The following step-by-step tutorial will walk you through setting up a VPN connection using the built-in Windows client. If you interested to use our propriety VPN software, visit this page.

Things you need before getting started:

  1. Windows 7 PC logged with an administrator account.
  2. An active internet connection.
  3. VPN account details (received in email after order).

Steps for setting up VPN:

Step 1: Click on the windows Start button. In the search bar, type the word ‘vpn’ and then select ‘Set up a virtual private network (VPN) connection’.

Step 2: Enter the IP address or domain name of the server to which you want to connect. Our servers list located here.

Step 3: If you only want to set up the connection, select the option “Don’t connect now” otherwise, click the next button.

Step 4: On the next screen, put your username and password you got from, if you leave it blank. You’ll be prompted for it when trying to make a connection. Click Connect

Once connection established, click on the Finish button

Step 5: To connect, click on the Windows network logo usually located on the lower-right part of your screen and then select Connect under VPN Connection.

Step 6: In the Connect VPN Connection box, enter the appropriate and your log-in credentials and then click Connect.
