The following step-by-step tutorial will walk you through setting up a VPN connection using the built-in Windows client. If you interested to use our propriety VPN software, visit this page.

Things you need before getting started:

  1. Windows 8 PC logged with an administrator account.
  2. An active internet connection.
  3. VPN account details (received in email after order).

Steps for setting up VPN:

Step 1:

Click on the start menu usually located on the bottom left of your screen, then start typing the words “set up vpn” and choose the option “Set up virtual private network (VPN) connection” from the search results

Step 2:

In the “Create a VPN connection” window, fill-in the details of the host server address and choose the name you like to use (e.g. US Connection). Click here to view the list of available servers

Step 3:

Click on the network icon from your taskbar usually located at the bottom right of your screen.

Step 4:

At the network sidebar menu, click on the connection you’ve just created and then click the connect button that will become visible

Step 5:

On the sign-in dialog, type your username on the username (1st) line and your license key on the password (2nd) line.

Step 6:

Wait while connecting to server.

Step 7:

Once the connection to the VPN server is established, you are safe to browse the internet anonymously and content in the server’s country will be unlocked.
